Terms of Service & Educational Agreement

Effective Date: September 2026 • Governing TACADEMY AS Operations

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the user or enrolled participant ("Student", "Client", or "You") and TACADEMY AS ("the Academy", "We", "Us"), a company organized under the laws of Norway with organization number 938 291 047, situated at Brandstadkollen 7, 1550 Hølen, Norway.

By accessing our online resources, submitting an academic inquiry, purchasing courseware, or enrolling in training cohorts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Educational Services

TACADEMY AS operates as an independent professional training and educational consultancy institute registered under Norwegian industry code 85.597 (Annen undervisning ellers).

• Our services include vocational seminars, executive training modules, pedagogical advisory, digital learning materials, and institutional curriculum reviews.
• Completion of our training modules yields a Certificate of Educational Completion issued by TACADEMY AS. Unless explicitly specified under a distinct accredited bilateral agreement, our courses do not award state university degrees or statutory ECTS credits.

3. Enrollment, Tuition & Invoicing

Enrollment is confirmed upon acceptance of the academic application and receipt of tuition payment or an approved corporate invoice agreement.

• All tuition rates are published in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) or equivalent currencies and exclude statutory VAT where educational services are legally exempt.
• Corporate invoices carry a standard payment term of 14 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All syllabi, lecture presentations, case studies, assessment rubrics, white papers, and digital assets provided by TACADEMY AS remain the exclusive intellectual property of TACADEMY AS and its faculty contributors.

• Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and review courseware for individual educational purposes.
• No portion of our course materials may be republished, duplicated, redistributed, or utilized for commercial instructional resale without prior written authorization.

5. Academic Code of Conduct

Participants enrolled in TACADEMY AS programs must maintain high standards of academic and professional integrity. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in instances of harassment, unauthorized sharing of portal credentials, plagiarism, or disruption of seminar sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

While TACADEMY AS applies rigorous pedagogical methodologies, educational materials are provided for skill advancement and informational purposes. The Academy makes no guarantee regarding individual employment outcomes, salary promotions, or commercial business performance resulting from course completion. To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, TACADEMY AS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from educational service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Norway. The legal venue for any unresolved disputes shall be the District Court of Follo og Nordre Østfold (Follo og Nordre Østfold tingrett).
