In accordance with Norwegian distance selling legislation and consumer protection statutes (Right of Cancellation Act / Angrerettloven), individual consumers enrolling in distance education programs offered by TACADEMY AS (Org.nr 938 291 047) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing justification.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date the enrollment contract is confirmed and access credentials are transmitted.
To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify TACADEMY AS through an unequivocal written statement sent prior to the expiration of the 14-day period.
If you withdraw from an enrollment agreement in compliance with the statutory timeline, TACADEMY AS will reimburse all tuition payments received from you, including initial standard delivery fees (if physical materials were dispatched), within 14 calendar days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal decision.
If physical study handbooks or hardware toolkits were dispatched prior to withdrawal notification, the participant must return the materials in their original, undamaged state to our registered address in Hølen within 14 days of communicating withdrawal. The participant bears direct return shipping costs unless the materials arrived defective.
Customized B2B enterprise training seminars, bespoke curriculum engineering, and organizational consulting contracts executed between TACADEMY AS and corporate legal entities are governed by commercial contract terms specified in the signed service agreement and are exempt from consumer statutory cancellation regulations.
